Wedding Reception December 20, 2008

Hi there, Jeff--

Many MANY thanks for all your wonderful music last Saturday-----from your lovely piano music at the cocktail hour to the background music during dinner to the the jumpin' dance music.......it was all just super and everyone commented on what a GREAT band you were!!   The vocalists were just amazing, and all the instruments were killer......loved your keyboards and that sax.....wow!   Many thanks for adding so much to the party and for handling the MC duties so seamlessly.   Your playing the music for Jessica and Jon's surprise cha-cha was PERFECT-------my hat's off to you for pulling that off!   (Can you tell she's a dancer??  I just KNEW she'd do something like that!!  hehe)   

Give our best to the band and know that I will certainly spread the word about you to anyone I know planning a wedding!

Wow! You were fabulous! Thank you so much for all the wonderful music you played at Porter and Eamon’s wedding reception, dinner and dance! You played the perfect repertoire.

We believe a band can “make or break” a=2 0celebration, so you made ours the fun, joyful, exciting and awesome evening that it was. Your band is outstanding—both in its instruments and voices. So many people commented to us how very much they were enjoying you, and I hope they told you also! You certainly made a wonderful “impression”!

Jeff and First Impression –

Thank you all so much for helping make our wedding so spectacular! Everything was perfect, the music was GREAT, the dancefloor was packed! and everyone had a great time. I know you also learned our first-dance and father-daughter dance songs – those songs meant a lot to us and it was so nice to have them played live.

Wedding Reception August 2nd 2008

The band was absolutely fabulous.
They were also flexible. My son-in-law is an amateur percussionist, and they welcomed him sitting in.
When I forced my daughter onstage to have her picture taken with her new husband on the drumset, the singers grabbed her and she sang half the set with them. It was the hit of the night.

Fundraiser January 26th 2008

OH MY GOSH!
 
You are fabulous.  The First Impression Band offered an amazing performance for our black tie fund-raiser.  We feel fortunate to have "stumbled" upon The First Impression Band.  Our event had attendance of about 350 guests and I have heard nothing but fantastic reviews from our guests.  What a professional, yet fun group of entertainers.  I am so pleased with the event in whole, but I feel that the entertainment was the key to a successful and memorable evening.  We can not thank you enough for a superb performance.  We will definitely not only recommend The First Impression Band, but will use them again in the future!

Wedding Reception September 2nd 2007

I want to thank you guys for playing at our wedding. I knew you were going to be good from your demo, but you guys were phenomenal. Most of my friends that attended the wedding are musicians, and we couldn't get over how tight you were. The bass player was especially outstanding at times.

Typically, my friends and relatives do not dance. You guys made it irresistible to get out there and shake it. We have so many great pictures of our guests dancin' on into the night.
Because of your band, what would have been a memorable occasion, turned into what almost everyone said was "the best wedding that they had ever been to". I can't thank you enough for that. All of our guests had positive things to say about the band. We hope that you get some referrals from our wedding so that my wife and I can come see you again!

Wedding July 28th 2007

Jeff, Just a note to thank you and your band for making John and Kristen's wedding celebration so perfect.   It was uncanny, with the few contacts we had made with you beforehand, and yet you seemed to know what we (and the crowd) wanted.   It was great to see such enthused responses on the dance floor. The professionalism and talent that was exemplified on every single piece played throughout the reception. I can't say enough about your singers, who were perfect as well.  
If you ever need a written reference, feel free to call on us at any time.   I'm sure, however, you already have plenty. On the evening of and and the days that have since followed, one after another asked,  "Where did you find that band?" 
We hope to catch you sometime in the near future when I am able to just sit down, relax,  and enjoy your sounds.  Maybe you'll get another wedding up this way that I can crash :). 
My only regret was that my father-in-law wasn't there to hear YOUR "special" version of his favorite song.  ( He is starting to feel much better now). I'M SURE HE WOULD HAVE LOVED IT!! My best to all of you!!

Dec. 11th 2004 - You were a big hit !!  I had so many wonderful compliments about your band. Our owner thought you were all fantastic (as did I).  You did a great job getting everyone into dancing. June 5th 2004 - We wanted to thank you for all that you did for our wedding! We still have guests telling us about how much they loved the band. So many people said it was the best wedding they had been to and we know it was due largely to First Impression. The music was phenomenal and you guys were able to work with the guests in such a great way! The Led Zeppelin song blew us away! When I asked about it I never expected it to be so amazing! Guests loved it too, another thing people are still talking about! I know it meant a lot to my father as well. Thank you so much!

We are trying to think of another party to throw juist so we can have you
